REGISTERED MASTER INSPECTOR®
The Registered Master Inspector® RMI® designation represents an inspection industry qualified inspector insofar as their experience preforming property inspections, otherwise known as builders inspections or pre-purchase inspections over a prolonged period is in fact a critical qualification most likely to give property owners and purchasers the most accurate summary of the buildings defects through the inspectors insights and experience in how different building materials and systems age and fail.
The Registered Master Inspector® RMI® will be in good standing and highly competent in documenting defects in such a way as all parties involved in the transaction will, after reading the property report, reach a similar conclusion and understanding as to the extent of the defects so the client may correctly identify the property’s suitability to their individual threshold for maintenance and repair.
Registered Master Inspectors® have years of building inspection experience that enables them to see defects that can be missed by inexperienced inspectors.
